Principles of Leadership

Catalog description

This course is designed to introduce students to the principles of effective leadership and to help them synthesize theory with real-world leadership applications. Topics will include changes in leadership theories throughout history, the future leadership, leadership competencies for 21st century, leading change, inspiring others and working collaboratively. Students will be expected to analyze cases, current events and their own leadership principles. Prerequisite: LEAD 111. Grade of C or higher. Offered: Fall
