An introductory course recommended for freshmen and any student looking to interact safely in the technological world introducing prominent cyber threats faced by the average citizen, the psychology behind information and cyber manipulation and information warfare. Identifies current cyber and attack frameworks, deception models and the steps they should take to evaluate the information they consume daily. Provides discussion and reflection on various work roles in cybersecurity, information warfare and computer science. Offered: Fall, Spring.
