Catalog description

A study and overview of activities and programs focused on meeting the needs of special populations. Topics include cognitive, neuromuscular, sensory, and orthopedic impairments. Consideration will be given to teaching methodology, including, design and implementation of physical activity programs for individuals with disabilities. This course includes off-campus activities. Prerequisites: HHPR 101. Offered: Spring.
