An integration of the tools and concepts of modern finance, synthesizing the core principles of Corporate Finance and Investments to deepen strategic insight, enhance financial analysis skills, and strengthen analytical decision-making. Through intensive case analysis, students evaluate re-world financial challenges with an emphasis on managing corporate value creation, risk assessment and mitigation, capital allocation, and long-term strategic impact.
