This 11 week graduate seminar comprehensively explores risk management principles, equipping students with the theoretical frameworks, practical tools and analytical skills needed to identify, assess and mitigate risks in dynamic organizational environments. Focusing on a wide range of risk categories, financial, operational, strategic technological and reputational, the course delves into methodologies for managing uncertainty while aligning risk strategies with organizational goals.
