Catalog description

Course examines the management of organizational, human and information resources. There are two main areas of focus: the behavior and performance of people at work and the management of selected key non-personnel resources that impact organizational success. Specific topics discussed include leadership, communication, decision-making, motivation, knowledge management, strategic thinking, teaming, conflict management and negotiation, information resources, organizational structures, artificial intelligence and workforce technologies and utilization.
