Catalog description

Students apply and integrate an understanding of contract documents and administration, project administration, risk management and leadership with the learning from previous courses. Focus is on the skills required to successfully execute both in the field, Superintendent and in the office, Project Manager construction administration. This is the final course in a sequence of courses focused on the management of construction projects. 3 Lecture hours. May not earn credit in both EM 412, EGCM 412, EM 401, EGCM 401, EM 461 and EGCM 461. Prerequisite: D- or higher in CE 460 and EGCM 461 (EM 461). Offered: Spring.
