Catalog description

An examination of how crime, justice systems, and policy responses vary across countries and regions. Students explore international patterns of crime and victimization, compare policing, courts, and corrections across legal traditions, and analyze how culture, governance, inequality, and global forces shape justice outcomes. Prerequisite: Grade of B or higher in CRIM 501. Offered: Fall, Spring.
