Seerist Intelligence & Risk Analysis

Catalog description
This course gives students hands-on experience with Seerist, a leading intelligence and risk analysis platform used across government, military and private sectors. Students apply structured frameworks to analyze real-time global data, conduct open source intelligence OSINT collection and generate actionable assessments. Students complete experiential assignments focused on sentiment analysis, risk reporting and indicators of change that mirror real world intelligence tasks, culminating in written reports, data visualizations and professional briefings. A student may be eligible to earn the Seerist Certificate; a credential recognized across defense, intelligence, security and private sector risk analysis communities. Requisite: Sophomore or higher. Offered: Spring.
