Catalog description
A study of respiratory care in the critical care setting. Topics include nonconventional modes of mechanical ventilation, hemodynamics, special procedures, and advanced cardiac life support. Prerequisite: Clinical Practice II ( RCT 1523 ); program progression. Lecture Hours: Three hours lecture. Lab Hours: One hour lab. Field Hours: 45 hours (lecture contact hours), 30 hours (lab contact hours)
