Catalog description

This course prepares students to take the Unity Certified User Artist Exam, offering comprehensive lessons for individuals aspiring to become Unity Certified User Artists. (Suitable for beginners and intermediate users interested in game development and graphic design using Unity. Ideal for individuals seeking to enter the game development industry or advance their careers as Unity artists.) The class covers essential skills and techniques in Unity game development, including asset creation, animation, lighting, and scene composition. Interactive lessons and practical exercises help users develop proficiency in Unity and prepare for the Unity Certified User Artist certification exam. The Unity Certified User Artist certification will test the candidate’s 2D and 3D digital artistry within Unity. This certification demonstrates knowledge that includes managing the basic aspects of dealing with art assets, scene content design, and using tools within Unity to assist in experience creation. Candidates for this exam will be expected to have at least 150 hours of Unity software use and training to obtain the certification.
