Advanced Rehab Concepts in PT Lab

Catalog description

This laboratory course provides students with the opportunity to apply and refine concepts introduced in PHT 2704 through simulated patient experiences. Emphasis is placed on safe and effective implementation of physical therapy interventions, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Laboratory activities address diverse patient populations, including pediatric, geriatric, pelvic floor/womens health, amputee, lymphedema, and medically complex cases. This course requires a grade of C or higher.
