Introduction to Medical Assisting

Catalog description

This course equips students with communication skills, including the proper use of medical terminology, and emphasizes the legal and ethical responsibilities within the medical assisting profession. Students will gain a solid understanding of anatomy and physiology concepts as they apply to both health and disease states.
