Capstone: Project Management

Catalog description

This course synthesizes knowledge from the prerequisite Project Management courses and helps students bridge the gap between project management theory and real-world application. This course integrates tools and trends currently used by project managers to enhance student knowledge of management techniques for project planning, budgeting, scheduling and control techniques, cost estimating and project management software applications. This course also equips students with fortified knowledge needed in preparation for either PMIs PMP or CAPM certification (dependent on student eligibility).
