This course expands on the concepts introduced in MAN3583 œProject Management Foundations by exploring advanced topics in project controls. Key areas of focus include scope definition, planning, estimating, resource allocation, scheduling, risk and quality management, and cost control. Additionally, students will examine Project Control Information Management Systems, with an emphasis on Earned Value Management.
