This course introduces students to the core concepts and practices of Operations Management, a critical function in both manufacturing and service organizations. Students will learn how businesses design, manage, and improve processes that create and deliver products and services. Key topics will include process analysis, capacity planning, inventory control, quality management, supply chain coordination, and lean operations. Emphasis is placed on how operations align with broader business strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer value.
