Catalog description

This course provides an in-depth overview of the key principles and practices of Human Resource Management (HRM) within organizations. The course explores strategic and operational aspects of managing people, with an emphasis on aligning human resource functions with organizational goals. Students will examine foundational topics such as organizational employment planning, job analysis, recruitment and selection, and performance assessment. The course also covers critical legal and regulatory frameworks governing employment, as well as best practices in training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee/labor relations. Through case studies, projects, and practical applications, students will develop the skills necessary to effectively manage human capital in workplace environments.
