Catalog description

This course provides an overview of Human Resource Management (HRM) and its critical role within organizations. Students will explore the function of HR in supporting and achieving corporate goals and objectives, as well as its integral relationship with other departments. Key topics include recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, labor relations, and compliance with employment laws. Through case studies and practical examples, students will gain a foundational understanding of how effective HR practices contribute to organizational success.
