This course provides an in-depth examination of contemporary trends, challenges, and emerging issues shaping todays business environment. Students explore how economic shifts, technological innovation, globalization, demographic changes, sustainability initiatives, and evolving consumer expectations influence strategic decision-making across industries. Emphasis is placed on evaluating current business cases, interpreting market and industry data, and assessing the organizational implications of rapidly changing external environments. Through research, discussion, and applied analysis, students develop the ability to identify significant trends, anticipate potential impacts, and recommend informed strategies for organizational resilience and competitiveness.
