This course provides students with the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge and practical skills in a professional culinary environment. Over the course of a 250-hour supervised internship, students will gain hands-on experience in food preparation, kitchen operations, menu development, and customer service under the guidance of experienced culinary professionals. The internship is designed to bridge the gap between academic study and real-world employment by fostering professional competencies, technical proficiency, teamwork, and time management. Successful completion of this course prepares students for entry-level employment or advancement within the culinary and hospitality industries.
