Catalog description

Students learn the basic supervisory, control, and data acquisition (SCADA) systems that are widely used in industrial controls. Topics include typical application uses, common system components, human-machine interface, communications infrastructure, SCADA generational architectures, and security. Students will acquire skills to identify vulnerabilities, deploy mitigation tactics, and prevent security threats and breaches associated with these devices.
