This course provides an overview of the entrepreneurial process and introduces students to the mindset, skills, and practices required to identify, evaluate, and pursue business opportunities. Emphasis is placed on understanding the characteristics of successful entrepreneurs, assessing market needs, exploring innovation, and examining the role of entrepreneurship in economic development. Students will learn foundational concepts related to opportunity recognition, business models, feasibility analysis, and resource acquisition. Through case studies and applied projects, students begin developing the competencies necessary to analyze entrepreneurial ventures and consider self-employment or small business creation as viable career pathways.
