This course provides an overview of exceptionalities in children, including identification, characteristics, laws, and educational strategies. Emphasis is placed on collaboration with families, and the application of evidence-based instructional methods to support all learners. Candidates will demonstrate knowledge of legal and ethical responsibilities while planning for appropriate educational services.
