Catalog description

The study of the chemical basis for heredity and the resultant patterns are examined. Reproduction technologies, genetic engineering, biotechnology uses and implications of these technologies also are discussed. Prerequisite: SCIE 2063 - General Biology: Cell/Molecular and SCIE 1343 - General Chemistry II Concurrent: SCIE 3141 - Genetics Laboratory except by instructor permission
