Catalog description

An introduction to research on the brain and physiological processes that have become very important in psychology. The course explores the physiological roots of perception and consciousness, learning and memory, sleep, emotion, sexuality, neurological disorders and psychopathology. The course includes an introduction to the work of clinical neuropsychologist and cognitive neuroscientists. Prerequisite: PSYC 1013 - General Psychology
