Catalog description

The first course in the calculus series. Topics covered include: trigonometry, graphing of functions, logarithmic functions and their inverses; limit of functions and derivatives; rules of differentiation and their application; definite and indefinite integrals including Logarithmic, Exponential and other Transcendental Functions. (This course is also offered through our concurrent credit program.) Prerequisite: MATH 1203 - Pre-Calculus (or high school equivalency with B or better); or pass a Math Placement Exam at level three
