Catalog description
This is the first semester course (typically taken in the fall semester of a student’s senior year) in a two-semester sequence that culminates (typically in the spring semester of a student’s senior year) in a senior project involving original research of some kind. In this course students will be taken through the research process, including but not limited to a prospectus, a bibliography, and literature review. This course will also require students to consider the relationship between the Christian faith and history and politics, through a major integrative assignment. Prerequisite: HIST 1043 - Foundations of History
