Catalog description
This course traces the story of civilization from prehistory through the fifteenth century. Through a kaleidoscope of kings and slaves, warriors and philosophers, students will consider how human beings defined themselves through cultural creation, social and political organization, religious development and syncretism, technological innovation, and trade and economic development. (This course is also offered through our concurrent credit program.)
