This course introduces the basic principles needed to develop an understanding of human health, fitness, and well-being and the role of physical activity in these areas. This course will introduce principles for maintaining health and well-being across the lifespan, which include the role that nutrition, exercise, psychological and emotional health, and the development of a healthy lifestyle play in promoting health and well-being throughout one’s life.
