Catalog description

A course that enables students to sharpen critical and analytical thinking skills through reading and writing. The course enables students to develop research skills using the Northwest University and other libraries and to develop the ability to analyze and present arguments. Although students compare Modern Language Association (MLA) and American Psychological Association (APA) formats, the writing standard is the APA. (This course is also offered through our concurrent credit program.) Prerequisite: ENGL 1013 - Composition I: Stewarding Words
