An analytical study of the book of Acts and the origin, establishment, expansion, and teaching of the early Church. Emphasis is given to the content of the book, the journeys of Paul, and the settings of the New Testament epistles. The course is recommended as background for the Pauline and General Epistles. Prerequisite: BIBL 1053 - The Christian Scriptures
