Catalog description

Live Sound Production enables the student to develop understanding of the basic principles of live sound for concerts and stage production. The student will have direct experience with audio consoles, various types of microphones and signal processing, the use of monitor systems and other devices for producing sound for live events. The student will participate in simulations and actual live productions. (Same as MUAR 3103) (Course fee required) Prerequisite: AVPE 2013 - Survey of Audio Technology or MUAR 2013 - Survey of Audio Technology , or instructor’s permission
