Catalog description

This course utilizes design fundamentals in a deeper dive into creating assets and deliverables for online media/platforms. Students will learn to apply fundamental graphic design principles together with advanced techniques including specialized typography, integrated brand assets, pre-press production for physical assets, motion graphics for digital assets, and AI-assisted design innovation. Through hands-on projects and collaborative workshops, students will enhance their ability to think creatively in design contexts, resulting in a robust portfolio showcase piece to demonstrate advanced design skills and principles. (Same as HCDE 3043) Prerequisite: ARTE 2513 - Graphic Design
