Teaching Exceptional Learners

Catalog description

This course provides an overview of curricular and teaching strategies for the paraeducator when working with pre-K through grade 12 students with differing abilities. Special topics include curricular adaptations, behavioral strategies, special needs, and a survey of the interrelationship of the social, physical, emotional, and intellectual development of exceptional learners.
