Catalog description

Instruction on how to weld one of the most difficult alloys, aluminum, as well as the set up of GMAW and GTAW equipment for welding aluminum plate and pipe. Trainees will clean and prepare coupons for welding, avoiding problems often encountered in aluminum welding processes. Prerequisites: CPs in Welding Level I, Level II and Level III or instructor permission. Two lecture; eight lab.
