Occupational Therapy with Physical Disabilities

Focuses on the theory and application of occupational therapy in the evaluation and treatment of physical dysfunction. Includes a survey of conditions which cause physical disability as well as the role of the occupational therapy assistant in assessment, planning and implementation of treatment programs. Lecture 3 hours. Laboratory 3 hours. Total 6 hours per week. An additional career and technical education course specific fee of $50.00 per credit hour applies to this course. The price is discounted 50% to $25.00 per credit hour for the 2026-27 academic year only.
