Prerequisite and Corequisite IDS 215 . Introduces the proper elements of a professional resume for employment in the field. Focuses on the organization of portfolio content and introduces various methods of digital portfolio production as well as traditional formats. Includes detailed instruction on proper oral presentation skills, interview preparation and techniques, and professional attire and behavior. Lecture 2 hours. Laboratory 2 hours. Total Contact 4 hours per week. An additional career and technical education course specific fee of $25.00 per credit hour applies to this course. The price is discounted 50% to $12.50 per credit hour for the 2026-27 academic year only.
