Offers students an opportunity to utilize project baselines to monitor progress, resolve issues, and manage changes. Applies analytics and earned value to determine the health of the project and identify and implement actions to continue, revise, or terminate the project. Addresses additional topics, including performance reporting and dashboards, to highlight best practices in providing project information to key stakeholders.
