Offers students an opportunity to explore the different methodologies of program evaluation and the application of results for continuous improvement at their workplace. Reviews various assessment tools, such as NSSE surveys and campus climate surveys. Also explores the role and purpose of accreditation associations and the impact on colleges and universities.
