C: The topical outline for this course leaves the basic C: approach to teaching the course up to the discretion of C: the instructor. A thematic approach with cross country C: comparative analysis and a country studies approach are C: two common approaches to teaching this course. Also, a C: three worlds of approach has often been used, although C: that has been modified since the collapse of communism in C: many countries.
