Catalog description

emphasizes applying mathematical concepts including algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and probability. Learners make mathematical estimates of time and space, and apply the principles of geometry to measure angles, lines and surfaces. Learners achieve High Adult Secondary Education benchmarks according to NRS guidelines. Student must have a TABE A score in Arithmetic, less than or equal to 8.7 and an Accuplacer score in Arithmetic, less than or equal to 33.
