ELL PRE-LITERACY

Catalog description

introduces pre-literate adult English language learners to basic literacy skills. Lessons focus on practical, everyday needs and meaningful connections to life outside the classroom. The curriculum includes everyday vocabulary, phonemic awareness, letter formation, numeracy, digital literacy, and oral communication skills. This course prepares students to progress to ELL Level 1.
