Catalog description

this course is designed for learners who enter at NRS levels 1 through 3. Learners will develop strong foundational math skills in preparation for GED® Mathematical Reasoning Test topics. Learners will develop number concepts, mathematical language, and whole number topics, including the operations. Learners will perform computations with decimals, fractions, percents, ratios, and rates and relate to narrative math problems. Learners will explore geometric shapes and measurement. Learners use critical thinking to organize and analyze data and graphics.
