students will develop an understanding of the many aspects in the field of Horticulture, beginning with the basics of plant science and moving onto the various methods of plant propagation, with hands-on experience growing and caring for plants. Identify flower parts, explain pollination and germination and experiment with hydroponics and cold frames.
