Catalog description

participants will focus on patient care in a simulated environment of the diabetic ketoacidotic patient with a history of diabetic wounds and renal failure secondary to diabetes mellitus. Covers evidence-based practices and BAMC protocols and procedures. The course will be blended with both pre- and post- course work completed in Blackboard and an in-person simulation and debriefing in the simulation suite.
