is an online course approved by the Office of Caregiver Quality within the Division of Quality Assurance as part of the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. Successful course graduates are eligible to function as primary instructors for nurse aide training programs in the state of Wisconsin. Coursework includes adult learning principles and training techniques, curriculum development and lesson planning, teaching and evaluation methods. Course learners must be registered nurses with a minimum of two years' experience, with one year occurring in a nursing home setting.
