this course is designed to provide the current information, practices, and procedures related to customer pipe sizing, inspection, testing, purging, and locating. Utilizing the NFPA 54 code book to properly document, load survey, and size customer piping for Natural and LP gas. Requirements necessary for gas and electric meter clearances, installation of appliances, minimum safe performance criteria and general requirements for venting combustion.
