Demonstrate safety standards while operating tools in the water and with PPE. Perform joining 4” DIPS DR11 HDPE pipe with electrofusion using couplers and saddles. Perform joining 4” DIPS DR11 HDPE pipe using manual and hydraulic butt fusion. Explain MAB and ASTM accepted standards and qualifications for water utility work. Class intended for water utility operators without prior experience in fusion.
