This seminar focuses on developing the skills and mindset necessary for leaders to take responsibility for their actions, decisions, and the performance of their teams. Participants will be encouraged to change their view of 'accountability' to see it as positive and growth-oriented. This session will explore how we build trust among team members, encourage to clearly articulate their objectives to their teams, give credit where it is due, take responsibility for the people who report to them, and hold those reporting to them accountable.
