Catalog description

this six-course module will take participants on a deep dive into aspects of "Servant Leadership." Building on the foundation created in Phase I of the three-part series, participants will gain a clearer understanding of strategies for leading productive teams and will develop skills and best practices that focus on empowering team members and developing leadership within organizations. Participants will learn to lead in ways that reflect institutional values and that build relationships, foster communication, and create trust.
